Jean-Marc Sylvestre is a French journalist specializing in economic issues. Holder of a doctorate in economics from the University of Paris-Dauphine, he joined the magazine L’Expansion in 1973. He later joined the magazines Management, The French Life, the New Economist as editor-in-chief deputy and Le Quotidien de Paris as editor-in-chief of the economy service. He started on television on La Cinq as an economic columnist. France 3 then TF1 will recruit him in turn, he will be named on the latter, head of the economic and social service. He will leave TF1 and LCI in 2010 to join i> Télé where he presents an economic magazine in partnership with the daily newspaper Les Echos. He also speaks about Cabinet ARC’s breakfast debates.
