” EDF has been a customer of Cabinet ARC for 10 years<\/strong>, and the collaboration began with a study to analyze the strengths and weaknesses of our collection<\/a> system and to make improvements. “There’s one thing I’ll remember most about ARC. It’s a collection agency that doesn’t work on the lower end of the portfolio, but rather on individualized receivables<\/strong>, which is an important point. For a company like EDF, which has an extremely large panel, it’s interesting to have this “top of the portfolio” expertise<\/strong>. Secondly, the preliminary action of defining and identifying seizable assets<\/a> is, to my knowledge, a specific feature of Cabinet ARC. We haven’t seen it anywhere else, and I think it’s a great added value<\/strong>, because we know what we have to do next. The seizure of assets, which in my opinion is an excellent means of speeding up the process, is thus targeted.I think thatEDF is satisfied with its collaboration with Cabinet ARC<\/strong>.
