“In our company, payment deadlines and delays are dealt with in a fairly standard way. First, of course, we try to collect out of court. We’re trying to automate a certain number of reminders and encourage customer contact.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

The nature of the relationship between our company and Cabinet ARC is already long, and has been for several years. It has evolved over time, based on our successes of course,<\/strong> with different portfolios entrusted to us from year to year; and also in line with current events. We’re facing more and more difficulties, even with customers we’ve been working with for years, and for whom we’ve never had any problems; we’re obliged to go through Cabinet ARC, which perhaps has more tools, more clout and more arguments, particularly legal ones; and that’s important<\/strong>. The results are there, and we are fully satisfied with ARC’s performance in debt collection.<\/strong> <\/p>\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n
