Cabinet ARC . has received approval from the ACPR for its credit management activities

On December 3, 2024,the Prudential Supervision and Resolution Authority, an agency within the Banque de France, granted our firm authorization to operate as a credit manager, thereby recognizing the compliance of the services we provide to our clients every day, in pursuit of operational excellence. This authorization complies with Directive (EU) 2021/2167 of the European Parliament and of the Council of November 24, 2021, on credit managers and credit purchasers, and reflects our commitment to the continuous improvement of our processes.
