« The choice fell on Cabinet ARC which in fact had everything we were looking for. We have passed over 50% of our amicable export customers to Cabinet ARC since 2007 and also 15% of our France clientele.
The gain, actually, we have with this partnership is around 20-21 DSO over the past three years, compared with 15 DSO internally achieved over five years. That is the main gain.
The other gain is automating our flow of information with Cabinet ARC. These are actually daily flows, accounting documents, movements that participate in the aged balance, on ledgers and allow for Cabinet ARC to respond in terms of our receivables and in relation to our customers.
Cabinet ARC is also responsible for all the litigation side: they monitor 100% of litigation cases and handle all judicial proceedings.
A partnership with Cabinet ARC has effectively allowed us to base our credit policy with this service provider, which was very important – that is the first thing; the second thing is the significant financial gains in terms of payment times and then in terms of savings on potential profits and losses. Also, complete transparency with our customers: that was also the most important thing in establishing our credit policyt. »
